1. Introduction

The foregoing information that the Client needs to provide includes, butare not limited to, full name and address, contact number, and email address. Allcollected data and information are stored by the Company for seven (7) years.
1.2. In some cases, the Company may collect other personal information from theClient depending on the nature of appeal or use. These other personal detailsinclude but are not limited to social security number, account number, or mortgageor health information. The Company may also collect information regarding theClient’s appointment on the website for security purposes.

2.1. The Company does not sell, license, lease, or otherwise disclose the Client’spersonal information to any third party or affiliate if not deemed necessary.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to disclose the information of the Client if suchdetail is required to provide the service or product the Client has requested, or toprovide the Client an opportunity to participate in the products or services thatCompany’s affiliates offer.
2.3. General information of the Client will also be disclosed to affiliates that assist theCompany in operating the website, conducting the Company’s business, or servicingthe Clients.

If it is to protect the service or product of the Company; or2.5.5. If it is needed to investigate suspicious trading and funding activities.
2.6. The Client can obtain his/her personal information that the Company hascollected through email request.
3. Security of Information
3.1. The Company uses security software, systems, and procedures to provide theClients a safe and secured trading environment. The Company also uses a SecureSocket Layer (“SSL”) encryption technology to protect the information providedthrough the website. In compliance with Clause 2 of this policy, the Company hasestablished security methods to protect the Client’s personal, financial, trading andinvesting information.
3.2. In spite of the Company’s best effort to protect the Client’s information, theCompany cannot and does not guarantee that the collected information and/orprivate communications will always remain private.
3.3. The Client acknowledges that the Company will not be liable if any third partyunlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. TheCompany will presume that the Client is able to understand and accept this riskupon his/her use of the Company’s services.
4. Cookies
4.1. The Company uses cookies to obtain data that can improve the Clients’ tradingexperience. Cookies are small files from the Client’s web servers that may be storedto his/her device.
4.2. Cookies enable the Company to see how the Client was able to access thewebsite, which pages are visited, and if the Client is logged on in the website.
4.3. Cookies and other collected data from the website will remain private and willnot be distributed and/or disclosed to third parties.
4.4. Cookies do not contain any account or password information, and the Companywill not collect information about other websites that the Client visits.
4.5. The Client can manage his/her allowed and blocked cookies through the webbrowser he/she uses. By visiting the Company’s website, the Client acknowledgesthe terms, conditions, and risks herein. The Client can still use the Company’sservices if he/she chooses to block the cookies from the website, but some functionsmay be defective or may not work as designed.
